Energy Boost

It is amazing to me what only one week has done for me! In one weeks time I have gotten off the couch and started to make physical activity a bigger part of my life and my diet is way better. I will be honest I thought that I would have no energy because of the very low calorie count, but I have more energy than I ever did before!! I am looking forward to the change in energy levels after 50 and 100 pounds lost!
