  5. Duane, I find the journey you’re on to be very encouraging. Thank you… I have some weight to lose myself. Someone asked me what my goal was and I replied that I just want to be obedient to God in this part of my life. He deserves for me to take better care of what he’s given me. Thanks again. Craig

    Thanks for posting and doing this blog. A mutual friend, Andy Goodrich, had told me about your journey a while ago, and I have recently been very convicted that I need to focus on my own health as a part of my full worship of God. So this was the week that I responded (I’ve been struggling with responding to this conviction for around a month). I am counting calories and staying within a healthy calorie range. Today is the start of day 6. Thank you for the encouragement in your blog!
